Where do we operate from?

We operate from Point Cook, Victoria, Australia and all our advertised items are located and shipped from Point Cook. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. 

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Is free delivery available?

No, all orders Australia Wide $5 for Standard delivery but $11.95 Flat Rate for Express Delivery. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship most orders on the same or next business day after order placement. Our aim is to despatch all orders within 1-7 business days and from there transit times differ depending on your location. We Use Australia Post only for all Domestic Orders. We ship all international orders using the Auspost Express Parcels International which is a premium, trackable service with signature on delivery. This postage service offers speed, security and visibility with an estimated 2-7 day delivery time frame subject to any unforeseen delays. This is the only postage option which allows us to fulfil the requirements for Paypal seller protection against fraud. 

Our system will automatically send you an email containing relevant tracking codes for your order on despatch so that you can monitor the status of your parcel delivery at your convenience. 

Although most parcels are sent on the same or next business day, please let us know if your order is urgent or even contact us prior to placing your order to ensure that we can despatch allowing plenty of time to meet your requirements. 

Please note that we cannot provide specific delivery dates because of external factors with freight or courier companies that may affect the transit of your parcel once it has left our premises which is out of our control. 

Can I Pick-up In Warehouse?

Unfortunately We don’t offer this service yet but in near future we will be able to offer this.
